GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY
UNISIM-SOFT Ltd had its beginning in 1997 and started out as a part of the Moldavian Business Restructuring and Assistance Agency. Later, as an independent company, it launched its own integrated management&accounting data system for large enterprises and registered it under the Universal Accounting® trademark. Over time it expanded functional offerings to accommodate medium-sized to small production, retail and wholesale distribution businesses.

In some eight years the company has become a leading developer of ERP systems in Moldova. Since its inception, the mission has remained the same: To provide up-to-date solutions and professional training/technical support. We believe that we must always look for ways to improve our products and our client services. And that approach seems to be working. Today we have about 180 companies with over 800 users in our installed base—and we're still serving our very first client! SERVICING & TRAINING
Duration of UA implementation depends on various factors, incl. client’s readiness for the project, involvement of the management board, complexity of the tasks assigned, etc. Personnel training (during the implementation) and system servicing plus updates (during the warranty period) are included in the overall project costs. The services are rendered by our competent specialists in the fields of economics/financials, data systems, and hardware/software.
OUTSOURCING
Along with our operations in the local market, we seek international cooperation in the field of financial application development and outsourced programing.
